Organic mint tea
Mint Spark would be just a tiny sparkle if this tea was an ordinary mint tea. Instead, we decided to blend dry mint leaves for an ultimate refreshing and invigorating organic mint blend. Our Mint Spark organic mint tea is a mix of sweet and sharp fresh flavors with combined benefits and truly invigorating and cooling effect. Our mint leaves have been organically grown in India and blended with the utmost passion for creating the most invigorating blend on the market. Blends well with green tea.
Our Pure Spark organic mint tea blend combines the benefits and individual characters' mint leaves. It helps relieve the pain and discomfort from gas and bloating and relaxes the body and mind, cures bad breath, helps in weight loss, and boosts the immune system. Mint is a common home remedy for flatulence. Not only it prevents anemia, but also increases circulation to the extremities, boost energy levels, and heal the wounds. For those that suffer from chronic stress or anxiety, a cup of Pure Spark organic mint tea can help to ease the mind and to eliminate the negative effects of chronic stress hormones on the body. Mint is thought to increase bile secretion and encourage bile flow, which helps to speed and ease digestion (which may also support healthy cholesterol levels).
Contains no caffeine.
Pure Dried Mint Leaves ( Peppermint and Spearmint)
Deliciously sweet and coolingly sharp
Invigorating and refreshing
- Water temperature: 100º Celsius
- Dosage: 5 grams of tea
- Amount of water: 150-200 ml
- Steeping time: 4, 7 minutes
- Resteeping: 2 times
Method: We suggest to always use freshly boiled water cooled down to proper temperature. Use suitable tea ware and cover the teapot or a teacup when brewing. To discover the delicate subtlety of each tea and get the most nutrients out of the leaves/flowers always follow the instructions, and feel free to experiment with dosage, time or temperature when you get accustomed to the tea. Higher temperatures, larger amounts of leaves, and longer steeping time will result in stronger infusion with more astringency. You can add sugar or honey to your tea, but we suggest trying it straight first in order to enjoy it to the fullest.
Hot summer days or after a heavy meal.
